Where a separate agreement exists, that agreement takes priority over these general Terms for the relevant project.
2. Project Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, feedback, access credentials, files, and approvals required for us to complete the agreed work.
Project timelines may change if required materials, feedback, approvals, or payments are delayed.
3. Payments
Project fees and payment schedules are agreed before or during the engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payments already made for completed work are non-refundable.
Work may be paused if an agreed payment becomes overdue.
Final files, websites, or ownership rights may be withheld until outstanding balances are paid.
Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, plugins, software subscriptions, fonts, stock assets, or external services may be charged separately unless explicitly included in the agreed scope.
4. Revisions and Scope Changes
The number of revisions included in a project may be specified in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Requests that materially change the original scope may require additional fees, additional time, or a separate agreement.
5. Client Content
You retain ownership of content, trademarks, logos, images, and other materials you provide to us.
By providing those materials, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for us to use them for the project.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate the rights of third parties or applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final approved project deliverables transfers to the client after full payment has been received.
Juicy retains ownership of:
Internal processes and workflows
Reusable components
Development methods
Pre-existing intellectual property
General knowledge, systems, and techniques used to create the work
Third-party assets remain subject to the licenses of their respective owners.
7. Portfolio Rights
Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, we may display completed work, screenshots, branding, project names, and publicly available project information in our portfolio, social media, case studies, promotional materials, and presentations.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, website builders, analytics tools, APIs, plugins, payment processors, or other software.
We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, bugs, account restrictions, security incidents, or other issues caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
9. Website Performance
We aim to deliver professional and functional work based on the agreed project requirements.
However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including:
Revenue
Sales
Conversion rates
Search engine rankings
Advertising performance
User growth
Traffic levels
Results may depend on many factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Juicy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability relating to a specific paid project will not exceed the amount paid to us for that project, except where such a limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
Attempt to disrupt or damage the website
Access systems or data without authorization
Use automated systems to abuse or overload the website
Copy or redistribute protected website content without permission
Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

13. Termination
Either party may terminate a service relationship according to the terms of the applicable project agreement.
The client remains responsible for fees relating to work already completed and any non-cancellable costs incurred before termination.
